Ordering, Delivery & Returns

Accepting and confirming orders

When you place an order on this website, it will be treated as an offer to buy. If your order is accepted, you will be sent a confirmation email with your order number, at which point a legal contract is made with you.

All order details are confirmed by you when your order is placed, including the billing address, shipping address, and item(s) chosen. It is important to check all details thoroughly before confirming the order as changes cannot be made once the order is placed.

Order processing

An order will not be processed until it has been paid in full. Orders are processed by our fulfilment partner from the date and time of payment received, not the date and time they are placed. The order processing cut-off time is 1pm GMT, and all orders paid for after this time will be processed the next working day.

The turnaround time for all physical products on this website is 3 to 5 working days. A working day starts at 9am and ends at 5pm, Monday to Friday. UK Bank Holidays are not included as a working day. This turnaround time is not to be taken as a guarantee of production times and should be taken as an estimate. No compensation will be offered for any orders that fall outside of this production estimate.


Due to the bespoke nature of most of the products on this site, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. Therefore please ensure that you have checked all details of the order thoroughly before confirming it.

If your product is defective in any way, please refer to our Faulty Goods policy.


Delivery in the UK is free but there will be a charge for EU or international deliveries. The delivery charge for EU orders is £5.99, except where the order contains a canvas print, in which case the charge is £21.99. The delivery charge for international orders is £7.99, unless the order contains a canvas print, in which case the charge is £35.99.

The time it takes for you to receive your delivery varies depending on the delivery area. UK deliveries usually take between 1-3 working days, EU deliveries between 3-5 working days and international orders between 7-10 working days. In every case, the products are printed to order so you must allow the turnaround time of 3-5 working days and add this to the delivery time for your area. This information is summarised in the table below:

Sometimes orders do take a little longer to be delivered. If you have not received your order within the times stated above, please contact us on info@thelovetectonic.com and we will check on this for you.

Deliveries to the UK mainland may be contracted to outside carriers who deliver Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. Some deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt.

If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.

No compensation will be offered for any orders that take longer than the quoted times to be delivered. These quotes are based on estimates from our delivery partner and as such they should not be taken as a guarantee of delivery.

Transit damage

All goods are examined in detail by our fulfilment partner prior to despatch to ensure that they leave their warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately by email to info@thelovetectonic.com. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 24 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then liaise with our fulfilment partner to arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.

Faulty goods

If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of delivery (including goods delivered with a print or manufacturing fault), the goods may be returned for either a refund in full, or a replacement. Replacement only is offered after 28 days and before 12 months. In all queries relating to faulty goods please provide photographic evidence so our fulfilment partner can investigate the issue.­ These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.


Each product is printed to order by our fulfilment partner, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns. If you find there is a fault with your item upon delivery, please contact us by email to info@thelovetectonic.com.
